REFUND POLICY
Refunds for player registration fees are as follows:
- Before December 1 - Full Refund
- After December 1 - non-medical = 50% of registration fee
- After December 1 - medical = full refund
- After January 1 - non-medical = no refund
- After January 1 - medical - amount decided by the SVLC board
All requests for refunds must be made in writing and sent to Joy Bender at joy@joybender.com.

RETURNING PLAYERS
Players who withdraw from their team after January 1st must have board approval in order to return to the Chiefs.

RESPECT
The Chief's organization was founded to provide a place for kids to play lacrosse and learn sportsmanship. It is also a venue for parents to enjoy watching their player's progress and take part in a fun-spirited lacrosse community. In order to preserve a pleasant environment for club members the Chief's Board reserves the right to deny a player's entry to the club or eject a player from the club, at any time, if the player or his parents express negativity and/or disgruntlement toward the coaching staff, refs, players and/or the board, without refund.
